These terms cover the use of this website and the basis on which engineering services are quoted and delivered by Precision CAD Works. Project-specific terms are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Website use

The content of this site — text, drawings, images and case studies — is the property of Precision CAD Works and may not be reproduced or reused commercially without written permission.

Case studies

Portfolio entries describe representative engineering work. Client names, drawings and proprietary details are withheld or generalised, and photographs may illustrate the category of work rather than a specific project.

Consultation requests

Submitting a consultation request does not create a contract or an obligation to proceed. We review each request and respond with scope, assumptions and next steps; any engagement is confirmed separately.

Engineering deliverables

Deliverables are prepared to the standards, tolerances and codes agreed for the project. Unless expressly stated, designs are not certified for a specific regulatory regime, and fabrication, installation and operation remain the responsibility of the party performing them. Design decisions should be reviewed by a registered professional where legislation requires it.

Liability

This website is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Precision CAD Works is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or its content.
